This week's vino della casa, that is house wine to those that are speaking English this Sunday morning. T opened this last night for a glass of wine after dinner, not so impressed.
Now today, a sleepy Sunday, with the first taste of cool air in the season, we are impressed.

This is a chilly subject. For a few years now I thought I was being a bit of a wine snob. But I have found others, people are taking notice, restaurants beware. We want our wine served at the correct temperature.
It makes a difference.
