My life changed the day I discovered Greek yogurt. I thought I had died and gone to creamy, tangy, protein & calcium rich-Heaven.

I am still addicted to Food Network, I am still on Williams Sonoma wish-listing products, and every blog I read is still about food and wine.

So Why No posts on MB? Why pictures of flowers, not food? Where, oh where did my vino go?

I'm a about as concerned with nutrition as I am wine, which says a lot, seeing as wine is my bff. Can't wait to have her back....in about 5 months. Woo-woo.

We are going to skim right over the fact that I have not posted since March 1st, it is too shameful a topic.

I really want to tell a great story of Colombia.


After all, I did fall hard for the mountains so generously covered in every shade of green. And the city of Bogota has no lack of excitement or good food.
