Food, Inc.

This movie is a must-see. I beg you to watch it, right now, today. Play hookie, it is the week of the 4th of July after all, and the your boss won't mind if you explain it that way.

Back to my point of you seeing this movie, there is no political party agenda (as there totally is in most documentaries..... Inconvenient Truth and SICKO). Not the case, the film gets right to the small farmers who built our country and fed our grandparents. SICKO would not be necessary nor would Obama's Health Reform if we ate better, and we cannot eat better with the government's hands in our cereal bowls.
Not to mention that is just gross, but most things about our government are gross.
We can do something, watch the movie, decide for yourself. As for my home, there will only be grass-fed meat and dairy from small farms. If I can take the time to read a nutrition label, then I can take the time to read where my food is coming from. And on the higher price of these items? Suck it up, you can spend it on your food today or your health bill tomorrow.
I like tasty food from loving sources much more than doctors and hospitals. (Which is where our country's diet is putting us, in the hospital.)
Watch the movie.
